About the Role

ICTS is looking for a Training and Compliance Manager to join the management team on a high-security client account. You will make sure our security officers and supervisors are properly trained, inducted and fully compliant, and that the account is always ready for client, contractual and regulatory audits.

Reporting to the Cluster Account Manager, you will work closely with the client management team, site supervisors and ICTS support functions to raise standards, promote best practice and support the personal development of the team.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver inductions, refresher courses and site-specific training, adapting your approach to different learning styles and checking levels of English proficiency where needed.
  • Plan and organise training courses, working with site supervisors on inductee planning, course notifications and the issue of PPE and uniform.
  • Maintain training and compliance matrices, trackers and records, and review training resources so they are always current.
  • Keep the account audit-ready by supporting regulatory, industry and contractual audits, and carrying out audits of site policies, procedures and standards.
  • Support incident management, including reporting, escalations and after-action reviews.
  • Act as a key point of contact between officers, supervisors, sites and ICTS management, and build strong relationships with training providers, the health and safety team and the company training team.
  • Help develop and implement processes, procedures and security models that keep the account consistent and accountable.
  • Coach and mentor the team and promote the company behavioural safety programme to everyone working on the account.
  • Prepare training and compliance reports, set objectives, measure results, and attend internal and external meetings.
  • Develop and manage the annual Training Management Plan for the cluster.

What You Will Need

  • Current Developed Vetting (DV) clearance, including a minimum of 10 years’ UK residency.
  • A valid SIA licence.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, and willingness to travel between sites across the M4 corridor.
  • Ability to pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards.
  • A ten-year checkable employment history, or documentary evidence for any period of unemployment, self-employment or education.
  • A recognised training qualification.
  • Experience in delivering training within the security industry, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong prioritisation and time management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, develop client relationships and handle sensitive and confidential information.

Desired

  • A formal management qualification.
  • Experience of using security management systems.
  • Willingness to learn new rostering and management platforms.
