Summary of role: The main responsibility of the Security Compliance Administrator is to ensure the implementation of, and compliance with, the Client’s Global Anti-Piracy policy at all events, screenings, and special events

Main responsibilities: 

The Security Compliance Administrator will work closely with key client stakeholders and security vendors to support the delivery of effective screening and event security services across multiple locations. The role will focus on building strong relationships with employees, security personnel, business leads, venue managers, event organisers, and to promote compliance with Global Anti-Piracy standards.

The role is responsible for supporting and monitoring compliance with security procedures and anti-piracy measures. Through effective communication, record management, and stakeholder engagement, the Security Compliance Administrator will help identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of best practice across security operations.

Working as part of a wider team, the Security Compliance Administrator will provide administrative and compliance support to security management while maintaining regular engagement with the client. The role requires excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills, together with a flexible approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Screenings and Events

  • Monitoring the EMEA screenings inbox and responding to all queries regarding events/screenings/security in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of US screening guidance documentation and communicating relevant information to EMEA Security Managers and the client.
  • Compiling monthly screening reports for the US.
  • Collating fortnightly screening statistics for senior management.
  • Liaising with 3rd party security vendors to organise security for pre-release screenings and events within the UK
  • Reviewing pre-release screening requests across EMEA and ensuring anti-piracy security measures are accurately submitted onto the Global Screenings System (GSS).
  • Chasing outstanding purchase orders and addressing security payment queries.
  • Conducting quality assurance calls to ensure security standards are met and ensuring any issues are escalated to the relevant Security Manager.

Everbridge – GENS Alerts

  • Create new rules / Disable old rules.
  • Create new groups / Disable old groups.
  • Create new external contacts / Disable external contacts.
  • Conduct monthly GENS Crisis Management Team Audits and update groups where necessary.
  • Providing administrative support during GENS Testing, including results reporting.
  • Collating relevant employee data for Regional Security Managers when requested.

Operations Management

  • Report and liaise daily with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of all matters to ensure the delivery of a high standard professional security service.
  • Ensure compliance with KPI requirements, minimising associated risks to the company and to the customer.

Other Duties

  • Carry out other additional duties as requested by operational management, including specific projects as requested by the client.
  • Collaborating and cross-training with the wider security compliance administration team to promote resiliency across all functions.
  • Ensuring training documentation are kept up to date.

Required skills & Experience  

Essential

  • Proven experience in compliance administration, with a strong track record of success within a Corporate Security environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to build, maintain and develop positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations or when working under pressure.
  • Capable of producing clear, concise and professional verbal and written reports.

Desirable

  • Understanding of the British Standards in Security.
  • Competent in using Mass notification and reporting systems.
  • Confidence in challenging non-compliance professionally and constructively.
  • Experience using compliance, or incident management systems.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Licences   

Essential

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics
  • Compliance Administration experience.

Desirable

  • First Aid at Work
