CONTEXT

ICTS is a €1bn global security group with more than 30 years’ experience delivering complex security solutions for leading commercial and aviation brands. Advanced Signal Management (ASM) is a UK-based division with a specialist team of fewer than 20 people, delivering electronic security design, installation and monitoring services.

ASM has an established and growing electronic security business across corporate, commercial and public-sector trust customers, supported by a highly accredited and well-equipped monitoring centre in Wythenshawe with capacity to scale.

The business supports ICTS UK today and, over the longer term, will form part of a wider Group initiative focused on growth across Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and other regulated markets.

ASM is an independent ICTS division, but benefits from ICTS UK shared services across Finance, Compliance, HR and IT, with the role holder expected to provide clear operational insight and direction to ensure these functions are used and supported effectively and add tangible value to the business.

A front-line leader is therefore required to lead ASM with full accountability for financial performance and commercial governance.

The priority will be to improve profitability, particularly by growing higher-margin recurring monitoring revenues, while providing hands-on, collaborative leadership to a small and capable team security installation team.

Ideal candidates will have a background proven in leading monitoring and security systems operations and experience of regulated or CNI markets and be comfortable with a national role, as time will be required at the Wythenshawe located monitoring facility.
