Job Overview: The compliance teamwork alongside our front-line operations to ensure we are operating to our internal standards, and those defines by UK and EU regulation. Your role will be responsible, as part of a team to ensure the daily delivery of compliance-based security metrics as part of overall Security performance. You will build great relationships and engage and support the ICTS team, stakeholders and other parties such as the CAA. You will drive change by promoting a positive security culture.
Principle Accountability
•Ensure that all changes to security operating practices are clearly communicated to so that the team are informed with the knowledge required to be effective in their role and so that delivery is consistent and compliant.
•Effectively support the operation by ensuring compliance standards are being achieved.
•Engage and lead meaningful compliance conversations with the operational teams both in the moment and through more formalised meetings.
•Work with the wider Security Compliance team to review, develop and improve security processes and support in delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
•Lead the Internal Assurance process within ICTS, ensuring we deliver compliant operations at all times as required. Be prepared to work cross functional where necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
•Experience of working in a heavily regulated and process driven environment, preferably in a Security role.
•Ability to influence change and deliver continuous improvement.
•Strong communication skills and ability to build great relationships with team members and stakeholders.
•Experience of working at pace in an operational role.
•Ability to attain & retain an Airside Pass; this requires a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) and a Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
Other duties:
•Participating in projects, coaching and working groups along with carrying out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit for the purpose of personal development, or as may be reasonably required by the company.
•When necessary and in line with procedures you will calibrate equipment and record any defects, ensuring these defects are communicated to the Duty Managers.

Person Specification:
•Experience of managing multiple tasks within a pressured environment.
•Enthusiastic and committed approach to all tasks.
•Sound judgement and decision-making skills, with a ‘hands on’, problem solving approach, able to remain calm under pressure.
•Excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of the range of MS Office packages.
•Flexibility to cover a 4 on 2 off shift pattern.
•This listing is 12 months’ probation period.
